Instvallès, today known as Insvatech, was founded in 1994 by Angel Sancho, Pablo Armenteros and Rodolfo Manzano, professionals with more than 30 years of experience in the assembly of mechanical installations.

In 1999, Instvallès bought a Vessel Workshop company that would give rise to what is now Insvatech Equipos.
Over the years, Insvatech Equipos has developed countless pieces of equipment thanks to an experienced and highly qualified team.
Bartolomea Pozo, Alfonso Mancha, and later Carles Sala laid the foundations for the company's continuity and growth.
In 2022, Josep Sabaté Cárdenas, Industrial Engineer and Chemical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the development of engineering and construction projects in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnological sectors, joined thecompany as General Manager, alongside a technical team to strengthen project management, provide engineering support, and supply comprehensive technical solutions to facilitate the execution of projects.
